Some 20 years ago Matt Thornhill realized the future of companies, organizations, nonprofits, and even communities depended on understanding older consumers, starting with Boomers. He was right.

Matt partnered with SIR, a marketing research and strategic consultancy founded in 1964, and launched a think tank called the Boomer Project. 

Over the years they conducted proprietary national studies on the perceptions, attitudes and behaviors of today’s older adults and shared those insights in eye-opening keynote speeches for organizations of all types.

Recent and past speaking clients include Walmart, Google, Verizon, P&G, Lowes, Samsung, Wells Fargo and Lincoln Financial. Matt has given over 1,000 speeches on older consumers.
